Welcome to Fall, gorgeous!!! Summer is finally winding down and I’m grateful to be moving into the fresh fall energy. Fall always indicates fresh starts with all that back to school energy & changing of the reasons. My favorites for this month are heavily focused on the body because that’s just my current mood, you guys. Honoring the temple, treating her like the Goddess she is and really nourishing ourselves from head to toe. We often forget the importance of taking our skincare focus beyond just the face and incorporating really beautiful body care practices into our rituals. Let’s get right into it!
AYUNA, YAN YOU POWDER
Although not a body product, my latest obsession from Ayuna is this innovative probiotic treatment that cannot even be truly categorized. A part of what makes Ayuna such a cutting edge, special brand, is the way that they craft & formulate these products that don’t fit into any specific beauty box, always breaking new grounds with their new arrivals. I am almost never ever disappointed with their incredible skincare & the Yan You, you guys, is just next level! This makes my skin feel so baby soft and gives me that crystal clear skin that it promises. It’s a crystalline powder that comes in sachets, that when mixed with water, forms a hydrotherapy cure that helps to retain moisture in the skin barrier, even texture & brighten dullness.
Loaded with probiotics, electrolytes & sugars, its super nourishing & revitalizing, targeting any discoloration, rough texture & enlarged pores. It is unlike any product I’ve ever used before. I love this because it can be incorporated into any skincare regimen & is suitable for every skin type. This product is to be used directly after you cleanse & before you go in with toners, serums, creams & oils.

INDIE LEE I-RECOVER MIND & BODY GEL
Recently I was reminded how much I love this product especially when I was on vacation this summer. This is a beautiful aromatic, almost sensual sore-muscle relieving body gel. It works to instantly soothe any soreness or tension in the muscles. Whenever we get out of our element, whether on a trip, working too many hours or after a hard workout, our bodies store a lot of tension & this works to immediately relax your system with Arnica plus really soothing Lavender & grounding Patchouli aromatherapy. This makes a great household product for the entire family!
AGENT NATEUR HOLI(SEX)
This is one of those products that I just love so so much. A true holy grail for me! Not only is this the most beautiful lubricant I’ve ever used in terms of texture & overall experience, but the smell is just to die for. I actually love to use it as a body oil… my secret little tip! Enjoy! You will not be disappointed. I’ve never met a soul who doesn’t love this!
KOSAS GOOD BODY SKIN AHA + ENZYME EXFOLIATING BODY WASH
I really fell in love with this new arrival from Kosas, especially for the warm summer months. It’s the perfect body wash when you’re out in the heat & feel like you need that true refresh. It cuts out any odor, dead skin cells & doesn’t strip the skin at all. Personally, I LOVE a body wash that foams, which is very difficult to find in the clean industry because typically foaming body washes do contain sulfates. This one, of course, does not & has that really luscious foam, a super refreshing scent & again, another perfect product for the whole family, men included!
TATA HARPER RESURFACING BODY SERUM
Since this launched over the summer, I have been truly obsessed. It’s unlike any body product I’ve tried, especially when it comes to removing texture. This takes away any kind of dullness, flaky skin, dead skin, bumps… you name it. I personally experience a lot of texture on my body because I do tend to run dry and I found that this instantly removed any & all texture, leaving me super, super smooth from head to toe… just in one use, you guys. That’s how powerful it is. As I was explaining above, I have been really into focusing on extending my skincare to my entire body, paying a lot more attention to incorporating full body care into my rituals. This product contains 25 facial-grade ingredients, so you know you’re getting the best of the best from head to toe. It really works to eliminate stretch marks as well, so a perfect gift for soon to be mamas, postpartum mamas… or any mama really!
