FEBRUARY 2024

February is the perfect time to dedicate ourselves to our self care rituals, to deepen our sense of self love & step up our gratitude practices. It’s a month to honor our beauty, from the inside out. It’s a reminder to appreciate beauty, in all forms.

February is the perfect time to really dedicate ourselves to our self care rituals, to deepen our sense of self love and step up our gratitude practices. It’s a month to honor our beauty, from the inside out. It’s a reminder to appreciate beauty, in all forms and this truly excites me. Curating and sharing what I am loving each month is a practice of my own that I really look forward to. From giving you the details on the latest arrivals that I’m obsessing over to throwbacks that I remind myself to pick up again, it allows me to show you what I’m so grateful for. Take this month as an opportunity to care for yourself, to fill up your own cup and to devote yourself to your beauty rituals. Here is what I’m crushing on for this month and hopefully it inspires you to spend some time nurturing your skin, your body & your spirit. Let’s dive in.

This month I am so excited because we are hosting a meet and greet masterclass with Kypris and founder and friend, Chase Polan. As many of you may know, Kypris is one of those brands that I’ve been obsessed with from the start and I have many holy grail products that I use every single day. This Kypris eye cream is one of them. This is my absolute go to eye cream when I want something rich, super hydrating and that targets anti-aging… which now that I’m in my 40’s, is all the time. The list of ingredients is outstanding, as with all Kypris products, the botanicals used are so elite. This includes a lot of rich oceanic ingredients such as seaweed amino acids and bacillus which is a fermented ocean extract that’s actually a type of bacteria that infuses cells with moisture and removes dead skin cells with an enzymatic, gentle exfoliation process helping to reveal radiant youthful skin around the eyes without being too harsh. It also contains glutathione, the master antioxidant, which is actually pretty rare to find in skincare products. Peptides work to smooth the skin and fill in any fine lines while stimulating collagen production. I’ve been using this religiously for years now and the skin around my eyes speaks for itself… I’m proud of the way my skin has aged and I really give a lot of credit to using a powerful, hydrating eye cream such as this.

Kypris Deep Forest Clay

Another one of my all time favorite Kypris products is this detox mask. One of my favorite beauty hacks is to mask in the morning before your skincare routine & while going through a ritual or mindful practice. It's the perfect way to multitask and start your morning off with something nourishing. Lately, I’ve been loving this mask for its overall detoxifying properties. Detoxifying the skin is so important, especially if you’re experiencing elevated levels of stress which can lead to congested pores. It feels very purifying on the skin, you can feel the clays cleansing out the pores. This is super mineral-rich and filled with beautiful elemental ingredients like ocean salt, algae, medicinal trees, roots and flowers… magical. It smells so Earthy and helps me to start the day off feeling grounded, indulgent & connected. I like to mask with this a few times a week to prevent any breakouts and to promote overall clarity in my skin. With the weather changing and cooling down, I tend to get more dry patches so exfoliation becomes more important. I love to use this as a gentle physical exfoliant by going in with my finger tips to softly scrub & slough off any dead skin cells once the mask dries down. This is gentle enough for all skin types, whether you’re super dry, sensitive or acne prone.

Heretic Pistil Whip

Fragrances have been really having a moment in my life since I discovered Heretic and I really love switching it up on a monthly basis. Like many of the Heretic fragrances, this one is a unique, small-batch and limited edition scent so it feels really special. It’s really hypnotic and really beautiful for the month of February as we celebrate Valentine’s Day and love. I’m all about getting really sensual and stepping into that seductive siren energy during this season and this fragrance puts me right in the mood. It smells strongly of rich, luxurious tuberose scent mixed with fresh, spicy yet zesty gardenia and rounded off with notes of fresh, grounding gunpowder black tea, vetiver and a sprinkle of pink pepper. It’s absolutely gorgeous and puts you in that total vixen energy, perfect for a date night or even as a gift for someone who loves fragrance.

Agent Nateur Holi Sex

This is one of those products that I just love so so much. Not only is this the most beautiful lubricant I’ve ever used in terms of texture & overall experience, but the smell is just to die for. I actually love to use it as a body oil… my secret little tip! Enjoy! You will not be disappointed. I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t love this. It makes a perfect little Valentine’s Day gift for just about anyone in your life.

Kosas Wet Lip Oil Gloss

While I am typically more of a matte lip girl and rarely stray from my signature 90s nude lip combination (Kjaer Weis Honor Liquid Lip with the RMS Lip Liner in Go Nude)... I have been into adding in this oil to keep my lips hydrated, juicy and plump. Glossy lips are very in and I’m finally on board thanks to this lip oil. It definitely feels like a hydrating treatment on my lips while adding that touch of juicy color. My personal fave that really works well with my lip combination is the shade Exposed. It’s a soft pink that gives a slight wash of color without changing my nude lip. It’s loaded with peptides and hyaluronic acid so my lips immediately look and feel more plump. Perfect for the season… we love a kissable lip throughout the month of February!
